I have used the smart scoot a few times it is great easy to assemble the luggage rack was the hardest as very stiff to remove once put in its place when put between your legs it makes it hard to get on the scooter but that is where I prefer it as it keeps your bag safer and closer to you.

I have had many compliments saying how neat and compact it is I keep the rear wheels at the narrowest setting easier for shopping and going through doors. I love the support of the backrest which is removable and the scooter can be used without the backrest for a short journey… This scooter is very well made and I am very happy with it

Thank you to the person who invented it and got it into production it is the best on the market and a great benefit to those who need help getting around. I certainly will be recommending this product to others.

UPDATE: 3 Months In

Thank you for such a great Travel Scooter. It is the best I have seen and used and so easy to recharge the battery. I have searched for 2yrs trying to find one that would be suitable for my needs to replace my much older GoGO which was too heavy for me and took up too much room.

The seat is really lightweight and comfortable it gives a lot of support… I place a lightweight shopping bag over the handlebars which is perfect for my needs.

Since having the Smart Scoot from Aug. 2017 I have used it for going around shopping malls and along the sea front.  I have only had to recharge twice this can be done so easily as the battery is so lightweight and fits into my bag when taking it in doors. I have had lots of compliments and have passed on the website info.
