If neither the SmartScoot nor HandyScoot work out for you, we send our thanks for trying us out.
· All products can be returned within 14 days from delivery.
· All products must be in “as new” condition in their original boxes.
· The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs including incidental shipping damage caused by improper packing.
· All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
· Call 1-800-726-6866 x 2 for a return authorization number.
