Step-by-Step Instructions to Attach the Back Wheels/Tires on Your Scooter
Once you’ve charged your battery, now you can move on to assembling your new mobility scooter. Start by attaching the back tires.
- To assemble the back tires, first loosen the clamp on the back axle.
- Then remove the safety insert and grab the tire that is marked with either an L or R to indicate which side it corresponds to.
- Insert the wheel until the two drilled holes of the axle line up and secure it with the release pin.
- Then re-tighten the clamp.
- You may change the width of the axle to accommodate your needs.
- Once both wheels have been adjusted to your liking, the back axle will be fully assembled.
After your back wheels are assembled, the next step is to attach your battery. Don’t worry if it isn’t fully charged yet, you can continue charging once your scooter is assembled.
