Step-by-Step Instructions on How to Align the Wheels on Your Mobility Scooter

Now that you’ve finished assembling your mobility scooter, it’s time to make sure the wheels are aligned properly to ensure the best driving experience, along with your safety. Bookmark this video blog, as you might find that after using your scooter for a while, another alignment may be needed depending on how you use your scooter.

1. If you find that your scooter is pulling to one side or another while driving it may be time to adjust the wheel alignment. In order to do this, you must first fold down the steering column by lifting the latch on the steering column and bringing it to a horizontal position.
2. Then, using the included Allen wrench, loosen the bolt that is used to adjust the wheel.
3. Once the bolt has been loosened, you can adjust the wheel to your desired angle.
4. Tighten up the bolts and replace the steering column and you’re done!
