A couple has taken customer testimonials to the next level and launched their own blog about traveling with their SmartScoot mobility scooter. The travel blog, Hank and Murphy, was created by our customer, Tim Walker, and his wife Sue. Due to Tim’s Multiple Sclerosis (MS), he experiences difficulty walking long distances or standing for extended periods of time. He now uses his SmartScoot travel scooter to accomplish daily tasks and travel the world with his wife. On their blog, the couple documents their many trips with the SmartScoot and describe how our mobility scooter has allowed them to live their lives to the fullest.
“We decided to start this blog because we couldn’t find much info for people like us, who want to travel but have some challenges,” explained Sue on their blog. “Well, traveling is difficult, but armed with the lightweight scooter and a flexible attitude we thought, why not go and see what we can do.”
In addition to chronicling their adventures, Tim and Sue use their blog to answer some frequently asked questions about SmartScoot that they receive throughout their travels.
